Limousine and Wedding Car Terms and Conditions

• Your Car will arrive at the appointed time unless we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We will not carry more passengers than the law allows – max eight persons.
• Any breakages or damages will be charges to the person who placed the booking.
• Any person vomiting in the car will be charged at £100 for valeting and loss of next booking.
• The chauffeur has the right to stop the car and ask any persons to leave if they mistreat the car in any way.
• Fast food meals must not be consumed in the car.
• If the car should break down during your journey every effort will be made to get you to your destination.
• We can not be held responsible for the delays due to traffic jams, road works and bad weather.
• By law we cannot supply alcohol to under 18’s.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Your booking is only secured once we have received your deposit – booking will be held for seven days.
• Cancellations 24 hours prior to hire will be charged at full rate.
• Due to the size of the vehicle it may not always be possible to access certain addresses. Under these circumstances the driver is instructed to park as close as possible without compromising the safety of other vehicles or road users.
• The company insists that a strict no smoking policy is adhered to in the limousines at all times.
• The company or its representative (eg chauffeur) reserve the right to refuse entry to the limousine to any person/persons they deem unfit for whatever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person/persons behave in a manner which the company/representative feel may be detrimental to other persons or to the limousine and its contents. In this case no refund shall be given.
• The company would like to add notice to the transmission hump in the centre of the limousine and would ask that you and your guests take care when entering and leaving the limousine as the company cannot be held responsible for any incidents resulting from persons entering and leaving the limousine.
• The company do not accept any responsibility for any personal items lost or stolen whilst the limousine is under hire.
• Vehicles that run over there designated pre booked time slot will be charged an additional full hours rate
• Subsequent costs of repairs of damage to any limousine hired as used by you and guests of the customer/hirer however caused is your responsibility
• An adult must be present on children’s parties up till 10 years of age.
• Point to state. That you agree for photographs that have been taken during Hire period may be used for media or web site publication.
